Account Registration & Security

Each individual user is permitted to hold onlyone (1) registered account on the seri88 Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or "multi-accounts" by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must update this information promptly if any details change.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be attributed to you and treated as authorised.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Seri88 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian users: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). All MYR transactions are processed directly without currency conversion fees imposed by the Platform.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent).
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly or within a maximum of 5 minutes, subject to the payment provider's processing times.
• Seri88 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.
• Seri88 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50.
• All withdrawal requests require completion of KYC verification prior to processing.
• The majority of MYR withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to platform policy and the applicable payment provider's terms.

• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active game round, seri88's server-side records will be used to determine the outcome of that round. These records are final.
